Built complete new 6 Star Green Star rated commercial tower development in the heart of Parramatta for the NSW Government.
The project involved the new build of a 13-storey structure as well as an integrated fitout scheduled to be completed concurrently.
The development comprises an expansive communal roof terrace with an outdoor dining area and sports court, extensive end of trip facilities, multiple atriums with curved structural steel stairs and feature timber ceilings. An impressive double height ground floor lobby greets visitors, finished with travertine walls, floor tiles and timber ceilings and stairs.
The building, awarded a 6 Star Green Star – Office v3 Design rating, demonstrates world leadership in sustainable design, making it Parramatta’s first 6 Star Green Star rated building.
