Parkview’s appointment will continue its long association with the project, having already delivered 643 apartments across the first three stages of the $1 billion waterfront community – now home to more than 800 people.

“We know Stage 4 is the critical, final piece of the vision for Woolooware Bay as a complete, waterfront town centre, and we’re delighted to have the chance to see the construction process through to the very end,” Mr Touma said.

Stage 4, located to the east of PointsBet Stadium, with an estimated value of $400 million, will include a mix of 255 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, 18,000 square metres of retail space anchored by brands including Woolworths, Aldi and Dan Murphy’s, commercial offices, 71-key serviced apartments by Quest and a revitalised Cronulla Sharks League Club.
